STEP 1 GET IN TOUCH
Give us a call or drop us an email with your requirements or any questions you have. You can also send us a digital image by email if you are looking for external lighting on your home.
STEP 2 CONSULTATION
We will contact you to discuss your requirements and/or to arrange a no-obligation visit to the premises to be decorated. We’ll put forward suggestions and ideas and you can also let us know what your preferences are or any ideas you may have come up with. We have a vast portfolio of pictures and inspiration. If necessary, we may design computer-assisted drawings of the areas to be decorated and will provide a bespoke quote based on your requirements.
STEP 3 GET BOOKED IN
Once the quote and scope of work are agreed upon, we will arrange an installation date. We aim to be as flexible as possible in terms of dates and meeting your requirements, but this is subject to bookings and schedule availability. At this stage, we ask for a deposit and will complete all insurance documentation and risk assessments. We then begin creating and preparing your decorations in our Birmingham studio.
STEP 4 INSTALLATION
On the agreed day of installation, our team will arrive with all of your decorations and lighting and any equipment required for fitting. You do not have to be present for the installation but we will require someone there to allow access and to sign off the job on completion. We offer confidentiality agreements with every homeowner if required.
STEP 5 TAKE DOWN
We will agree on a date for the takedown of your decorations, typically within 10-12 days of Christmas. Our team will remove, safely package and take away all of your lighting and decorations to be stored securely at our Birmingham warehouse, leaving your home just as we found it before installation!
